SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
You will find below some key information such as the topics to submit your abstract as well as information about the submission process.
Your file must comply with the following instructions:
• Your document must be in a A4 size (21 x 29.7 cm) and in a PDF format
• It must be a single page maximum
• It must be in English
• It must respect the ICQ16 conference template
• Only one figure is accepted
When submitting, you will be able to choose the type of submission you require.
Please select one of these three formats:
• Abstract – invited talks – 30 min
• Abstract – contributed talks – 20 min
• Abstract – poster
